codegen_database.config.CodegenDatabaseConfig controls extensions and the schema used for shared database objects.

extensions

Manually declared extensions. Order is preserved and duplicate names keep the first manual instance.

auto_discover

Load third-party extensions from the codegen_database.ext entry-point group. Manual instances take precedence over discovered duplicates.

utility_schema

Schema used by shared package-managed database objects.
